Great location, close to train and subway stations. The room comfortably fit my family of five and was clean and neat. We especially enjoyed the fitness center with a pool nearby, which we didn't mind paying for. The breakfast selection was good, and we enjoyed trying new dishes. the staff was friendly and recommended great local restaurants.
The website indicated a pool, but they didn't mention that it wasn't allowed for children under 16 years old. We were disappointed because the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

The hotel had a great location that made it easy to access the main train station and shopping street. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, recommending great places to eat and providing helpful maps. The room was clean and comfortable, with useful facilities including ample space for families and a double-decked bed. The bathroom was sizeable enough for a group of four to share.
No negatives from this place.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to the train and metro stations. the staff is really welcoming and friendly, with excellent English skills. the rooms were equipped with a selection of pillows with different firmness levels, which was a great plus. the breakfast had a great selection and was of excellent quality.
The soundproofing of the rooms is not top-notch, so it might be a bit tough for sensitive sleepers without earplugs. the air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, as the room sometimes felt too warm.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and public transportation. the staff are friendly and helpful, offering a good selection at breakfast and comfortable beds. Some rooms have a variety of pillows to choose from and quality attention was given to preparing breakfast. Some guests appreciated the convenient location.
The hotel lacks a sufficient pool for families with younger children, disappointing some guests.
